Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive / Manager to lead client acquisition for custom software development projects. You’ll identify new business opportunities, pitch tailored tech solutions, manage the full sales cycle, and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and convert B2B leads into paying clients
- Pitch tailored solutions including web systems, SaaS products, and ERP products
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotations, and demos
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to scope client needs
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline visibility
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms
- Close deals and hand over to the project implementation team
- Build client relationships for upsell and long-term retention
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in B2B software or IT solution salesExcellent communication and consultative sales skillsAbility to understand client business processes and map them to technical solutionsFamiliarity with SaaS, custom software, or tech services preferredSelf-driven, target-oriented, and confident in closing high-ticket dealsSeniority level
