Job Description :
- Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the office premises, including (but not limited to) the security guardhouse, workers' hostel, machines, tools, and equipment.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to source suitable vendors / contractors for maintenance or repair works, and evaluate quotations by reviewing and comparing terms and conditions before recommending to Management.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors / contractors for the installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of office facilities, machinery, and equipment.
- Ensure all office facilities, machinery, and equipment comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and an organized filing system for all maintenance and repair works.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and organizational projects as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements :
Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.Ability to communicate in basic English and Mandarin.Positive work attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.5-day work week.Work location : Ulu Tiram.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
