Overview
Act as the main contact for employee grievances, ensuring confidentiality and timely resolution. Conduct investigations, mediate conflicts, and escalate cases in line with company policy. Lead misconduct investigations and manage disciplinary processes including show cause letters and domestic inquiries. Ensure disciplinary actions are fair, consistent, and legally compliant. Advise managers on disciplinary procedures and legal implications. Ensure IR practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations. Review and update grievance and disciplinary policies regularly. Conduct IR-related training for managers and employees. Prepare and analyze monthly reports on grievance and disciplinary cases.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Law, or related field.Minimum 5–6 years of experience in Industrial Relations or HR Operations.Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and IR best practices.Excellent communication, investigation, and conflict resolution skills.High integrity, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially.Application details
