Overview

Position : Sales Admin

Status : Contract 3 months’ probation. Under PERSOL and will be absorbed under company if fit for the role.

Location : Menara Allianz Sentral, Kuala Lumpur.

Company Background : Sewing Machine Manufacturer from Japan

Working Days : Monday - Friday

Working Hours : 8.30am – 5.30pm

Salary : RM4000 - RM5000

Cut Off and Pay Out : end of month & every 7th on the next month.

Responsibilities

  • Customer service : Addressing customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery information from China and Taiwan.
  • Inventory management : Monitoring product stock levels and coordinating with the warehouse on inventory updates.
  • Purchase order processing : Creating and processing Purchase orders to suppliers based on customer’s demand.
  • Sales order processing : Creating and processing sales orders, ensuring accurate product details, quantities, and pricing.

Qualifications

  • At least diploma and above.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Admin.
  • Efficiently managing multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy.
  • Clear and concise communication with customers, sales team, and other departments.
  • Ensuring accuracy in data entry and document processing.
  • Expertise in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Able to converse in Mandarin.
