Prepare shipping documentation such as Shipping Instruction, Packing List, Invoices, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, Dangerous Goods form and Pre-alert to customers.
Liaising with clients for FCL / LCL / Export shipments arrangements, documentations and inquiries.
Coordinating with ocean carriers, hauliers, warehouses and local vendors for shipments arrangement and deliveries.
Provide complete & correct cost input & freight billing, as well as uploading necessary documents into the system.
Communicate with customers and clients to resolve operational issues.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
Undertake any other duties as requested by department head or management.
Possesses excellent communication and organizational skills and a professional approach to your work.
Requirements :
Minimum of 2-3 years related experience
Understanding of transportation documentation and trade terms, is a must
Understanding of Dangerous Goods, is a plus
Good communication skills and able to work as team.
Working mode : non shift
