JOB DESCRIPTION :

Liaise with shipping lines, forwarding agent, haulage department to complete the customer order.

Follow the rules and regulations for Export handling as imposed by Customs offices & MITI.

Do accurate data entry when issuing of Invoice, Packing List, Sales Contract, Bill of Lading to clients.

Communicate with other department to ensure the shipment runs as per plan.

Handling daily dispatch schedule.

Response actively towards client's inquiry.

Achieve the accuracy of the task given.

Immediate action required for the task assign by superior.

Handling any disputes from shipping lines and customers.

Monitor the container arrangement when Shipping Senior Executive is absent.

QUALIFICATION : Diploma / Bachelor

4 years of working experience in Shipping Executive

Proficient in Microsoft Office (teams, Outlook, OneDrive Excel & Words) and SAP B1

Able to start immediately is advantage (September 2025)

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
