Documentation & Shipping Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanCreate and prepare Sales Contract. Prepare Shipping Instruction (SI) to shipping line. Prepare and checking shipping documents, Invoice, Bill of Lading, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Analysis and confirm with liner / Health Cert / COA / Lab. Send documents for endorsement to government bodies and embassies. Arrange inspection for shipment, update eta estimated time of arrival schedule, scan draft / complete shipping document to Superior / Boss. Key in data, contract and etc in company software, retrieving documents upon request. Final all documents, complete scan all documents to send to buyer, when receive the payment courier the documents to buyer. About us
Our company with its headquarters located at Q Sentral, Kuala Lumpur is involved in manufacturing of palm oil products and producing consumer goods. The products are being exported to the international market.
Qualifications & experience
- Expert documentation in Bulk and Export Shipments. At least 5 years experience / knowledge in handling export shipments.
- With knowledge of shipping procedures, export documentation and relevant regulations would be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills to manage various responsibilities simultaneously.
- Diligence in focusing on details and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures and transportations logistics and proven experience in freight forwarding & international logistics.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure, good interpersonal skills & problem solving.
