Shipping Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Shipping Executive to join our dynamic team at BALLUN GROUP. This is a full-time position based in Taman Sri Andalas Selangor. In this key role, you will coordinate the import and export of goods, with warehouse stock operation.

What you'll be doing

• Liaising with suppliers and transportation providers to coordinate the timely delivery of goods
• Preparing and processing all necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations
• Monitoring shipment status and providing regular updates to stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports as required
