Join to apply for the Customer Engineer (PPCE) role at Konica Minolta Malaysia .

Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, configuration, and testing of production / industrial printers at client locations.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for printing equipment and software.
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
  • Train end-users on equipment usage, safety, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Maintain detailed service logs, documentation, and customer feedback.
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer service requests.
  • Support product upgrades, feature updates, and system integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company guidelines at all times.

Qualifications

  • Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or equivalent).
  • Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel to client sites as required.
  • Hands-on experience with production or industrial printing equipment is preferred.
  • Experience in large format printers, digital press, or similar industrial equipment is a plus.
