Job Summary
The Sales & Service Engineer primary responsibility is to have a combined sales skill with technical knowledge to provide support and assistance to customers regarding NDT (Non-destructive testing) and Oil & Gas industry. This role involves understanding customer requirements, offering technical solutions, and ensuring post-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
To achieve and / or exceed sales and profit margin targets in assigned growth location / segment / customers, key responsibilities include (not limited to) :
- Development of sales strategy and implementation of tactical plan.
- Identification of key / target accounts / industry segments.
- Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, through prompt updating of opportunities management tracking and account development planning.
- Develop new customer accounts through sales and marketing activities.
- Identify key customers and build a network towards industrial bearing related fields.
- Supporting any marketing-related activities to improve the presence and customer knowledge of our company
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of sales experience with Industrial clients (i.e. B2B),Field sales experience is vital. Proven ability to interact directly with a sales organization, understand customer needs and influence them.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia. (due to nature of business)Self-motivated and maintain high level of Sales Discipline.Possesses own transport and is willing to travel.
