Ensure operations comply with GMP, HACCP, ISO, Halal, and other food safety standards.
Apply food science knowledge in interpreting and implementing regulations.
Raw Material & Product Verification
- Evaluate raw materials, ingredients, and packaging based on food quality and safety criteria.
- Conduct sensory, physical, and chemical assessments of finished products.
Process & In-Process Control
Monitor production processes (mixing, drying, filling, packaging) to ensure food safety and consistency.Validate critical control points (CCPs) using food science principles.Laboratory & Testing Support
Conduct microbiological, chemical, and stability tests.Analyze test data to ensure compliance with food safety and nutritional standards.Documentation & Audits
Prepare and review QA documentation, batch records, and product specifications.Assist in internal audits, supplier audits, and external regulatory inspections.Non-Conformance & CAPA
Identify quality deviations, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corrective / preventive actions.Use scientific reasoning to propose process improvements.Provide GMP, hygiene, and food safety training to staff.Support new product trials and process optimization with R&D teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
