What You’ll Do :
- Prospect, pitch, and secure meetings with high‑value corporate leads, to position our Employee Benefits (EB) insurance solutions.
- Drive sales and close deals to hit team targets and grow the business.
- Own the EB space by being the go‑to expert for everything from onboarding to claims.
- Identify key market segments and position our group products effectively to meet business needs.
- Manage and service new and existing corporate clients, ensuring smooth operations and continuous support for their EB insurance plans.
- Follow up on outstanding premiums and claims excesses, keeping accounts in check while maintaining strong client relationships.
What We’re Looking For :
A driven, ambitious professional with a hunter mindset—you love closing deals and chasing big wins.Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in business development, brokering, sales, or client‑facing role. Corporate sales experience is a plus.No prior insurance experience needed.
