Job Duties / Responsibilities :
Attend to customers' enquiries, quotations, complaints & other customer's related services.
Price verification with sales persons (Standard Price, Special Price & Discount Price).
Process Sales Order after receiving PO from customers promptly.
To ensure deliveries / shipments are being delivered on-time (OTD) & in agreed quantities.
To ensure strict adherence to Credit Control procedure.
To act as ad admin & receptionist at showroom.
To actively engage with Customer, Sales & Operation Team with regards to the status of Open POs, Sales Orders, Deliveries, Stock Availability & Credit Status.
Monitor delivery from 3rd party / inter-company vendors in order to fulfil customers' order.
Work in accordance to Company's Standard Operation Procedure & Policy.
Maintain and update customer listing in company's ERP system.
Other tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.
Required Skills / Abilities(include Education,Working Experience,skill and so on) :
Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree or Diploma related to the position.
Minimum 2 years of working experience (prior customer service experience in manufacturing, trading, industrial or logistic sector is a plus)
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Strong communication skills required.
Computer-literate.
Good team player.
Organized & tidy paperwork (i.e., new transactions, forms, applications and requests).
Positive & pro-active attitude in following-up and resolving issues.
