Responsibilities :
Conduct follow-up calls actively to gather feedbacks and measure customer satisfaction with our products and services. (outbound)
Handle inbound calls, ensuring the customer's concerns are addressed or passed to the relevant department in a timely manner.
Assist walk-in customers with inquiries, purchases, or service-related matters to ensure a pleasant and efficient experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement efforts.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customers' needs are met and issues are resolved effectively.
Handle ad-hoc duties that being assigned.
Requirements :
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or related role.
Possess at least an SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.
Proficiency in English, Malay and Chinese, both written and verbal
Working experience in similar field is highly advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Correct choice of words
Speech is clear and good tone of voice
Good problem-solving skills with the ability to remain professional under pressure.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and customer service software / tools.
Team player
Willing to learn / Good attitude
