Your responsibilities will be to :
- Gather and analyze Business Data, Competitor Operations, and Reporting;
- Assess process improvement options & identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement;
- Liaise with Business Units, Treasury Department, Branches, Agents & related Operation Departments on daily operation matters;
- Communicate insights plans & maintain accurate and up-to-date daily task documentation thoroughly;
- Proficiency in requirement-gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation.
To be eligible for this role, you will require :
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Banking, Business or equivalent.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.Fresh graduates encourage to apply.Willing to be based at our office in Jalan Hang Lekiu, KL.Job Type : Full-time
