Key Responsibilities
- Welcome walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable vehicle options.
- Guide customers through the purchase journey by providing comparisons, highlighting key features, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Stay updated on automotive industry trends, new arrivals, and vehicle features.
- Deliver engaging product presentations, conduct demonstrations, and arrange test drives in line with dealership procedures.
- Prepare vehicles for delivery, ensuring they are clean, fueled, and fully functional.
- Support the inspection of pre-owned vehicles and handle documentation for loan / financing applications.
- Personally deliver vehicles to customers, explaining operational features, warranty details, and relevant documents.
- Actively participate in sales meetings and training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and sales techniques.
Job Requirements
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.Skilled in negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing techniques.Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is an added advantage.Capable of operating both manual and automatic vehicles, including motorcycles.Good knowledge of various car brands, models, and automotive systems.Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.Must hold a valid Class B2 and Class D driver's license.Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.Open to fresh graduates with strong passion for automotive sales.Job Type : Full-time
