Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in overseas markets.
- Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Monitor team performance and ensure sales targets are met.
- Oversee and manage the sales process to ensure effective execution.
- Supervise staff participation in weekend duties and sales roadshows.
- Conduct internal training to improve sales team skills and performance.
- Prepare monthly sales reports in line with company policies.
- Assist in overall sales and marketing activities to drive growth.
- Help ensure smooth execution of the Vacant Possession process.
- Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.Minimum 5 years of experience in property development, preferably with exposure to international markets.Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, planning, time management, and organisational skills, with a positive attitude.Solid knowledge of marketing strategies and international sales channels .Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus to liaise with clients from regions like Japan, China, and Hong Kong.Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.Sales‑driven, target‑oriented, and highly self‑motivated with a focus on delivering results.Willing to travel outstation as required.For over 30 years, Bangsar Heights Pavilion has been shaping vibrant communities with quality residential, commercial, and industrial developments across Malaysia.
