Our client, a growing company in the wellness and hygienic solutions space, is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Business Executive Assistant to support a senior executive in managing meetings, strategic initiatives, and documentation. This is a dynamic role suited for someone who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑level business environments.
Job Responsibilities
- Attend meetings with the executive, take minutes, and ensure clear documentation of key points and follow‑ups
- Assist in preparing business strategies, proposals, and briefing documents
- Draft letters, contracts, memos, and formal correspondence
- Conduct research and prepare concise summaries or background materials
- Create and support business presentations and reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to follow up on key action items
- Track business priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Maintain confidentiality and support high‑level decision‑making processes
Job Requirements
