As an Executive Assistant, you will be the CEO's right hand, the primary point of support for the CEO's professional operations, ensuring efficiency and seamless coordination.

- Manage and support the CEO's professional day-to-day operations, organizing CEO’s schedule, attending & documenting meetings, and following up on projects.
- Central hub for communication between the executives and other departments, ensuring information flows smoothly.

Managing the CEO's daily schedule, including a complex calendar of meetings, appointments, and travel.Acting as the central hub for communication, fielding inquiries and ensuring information flows smoothly between the CEO and other departments.Attending key meetings to accurately document discussions, decisions, and action items, and ensuring all follow-up tasks are completed promptly and to a high standard.Handling a range of administrative duties, such as preparing presentations, managing expenses, and organizing documents, while also assisting with various projects and initiatives to ensure their timely and quality completion.Serving as the CEO's representative in all internal and external communications, handling correspondence professionally and with discretion.Teamwork
