Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and establish a positive rapport with every caller.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Exemplary communication skills and customer‑oriented approach.
  • Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
  • Excellent computer knowledge.

Location & Schedule

Mode : Work from Office – Level 1, Tower 6, Avenue 5, The Horizon, Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Time : 6 am – 12 pm operating hours shift (will have a few shifts in between, 40 working hours per week)

Job Requirements

  • Japanese Speaking with Kanji writing skill
  • Both native & non‑native are welcomed
  • Non‑native should have N1 or N2 certification
  • Candidates with e‑commerce experience will be an advantage
  • Candidates with English communication skill are welcomed but not mandatory
