Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Preferred)

You'll be on the front lines of our online platforms, delivering top-tier customer service across live chats and social platforms. As the voice of our brand, you'll engage with players and users in real time—resolving issues, answering questions, and leveling up customer satisfaction. Candidate Levels & Salary Offer
Mid-level candidates (2+ years' experience) : RM 4,000–4,500 / month
Additional Incentives : RM 500 / month Night Shift Allowance + Sales Commission & Performance Bonuses (Uncapped)

Key Responsibilities
Provide live chat and social media support to customers
Respond to inquiries, complaints, and issue resolutions promptly
Ensure high-quality customer interaction and satisfaction
Meet monthly conversion and retention KPIs
Coordinate with internal teams to align on customer needs
Maintain clear and accurate customer communication records
Core Qualifications & Skills
Experience in customer service or related roles preferred
Proficient in Mandarin (spoken & written) is required
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and follow-up ability
Familiar with chat platforms, online tools, and customer service best practices
Self-driven, reliable, and detail-oriented
Performance Indicators
Fast and accurate response rate
High customer satisfaction and retention scores
Clear, polite, and professional communication
Achievement of individual KPIs and team goals
Timely issue resolution and consistent performance
Job Requirements
1–3 years of customer service experience preferred
Able to work rotational shifts (Monday–Sunday)
6 day working 1 day off
Willing to work on-site (Bukit Jalil); WFH available for night shifts
Fluent in Mandarin to support Mandarin-speaking customers (Read, Write & Speak)
Must be comfortable working in a digital customer support environment
