Business Development Executive

Operations & Supply Chain (25%)

• Support order processing, inventory monitoring, and supply chain coordination.
• Assist with regulatory submissions, NPRA documentation, and compliance monitoring.
• Work closely with logistics partners and distributors to ensure smooth product flow.

Business Development & Strategy (20%)

• Contribute to evaluations of new product opportunities and partnerships.
• Support preparation of business cases, market research, and competitor intelligence.
• Assist in strategic projects under the direct mentorship of the Director.
• Participate in cross-functional management meetings (finance, HR, regulatory, sales).
• Shadow senior management in decision-making processes.
• Lead small projects to develop problem-solving and people-management skills.
• Gain early exposure to P&L considerations and commercial excellence frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (mandatory).
• Fresh graduate or up to 3 years’ experience in retail, hospital, or pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong interest in a commercial and leadership career path beyond purely clinical roles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
• Willingness to travel (~25% of the time).
