About the Role

Weareseekingadynamicandresults-driven KeyAccountManager(KAM) toleadandgrowourbusiness.Thisroleisresponsiblefordevelopingstrongrelationshipswithkeyopinionleaders(KOLs),healthcareprofessionals,andstrategicaccountsinthetherapeuticarea.Theidealcandidatewillhavesolidexperienceinpharmaceuticalsalesandastrongentrepreneurialmindset.

Key Responsibilities

Key Account Management

Buildandmaintainstrong,long-termrelationshipswithKOLsandkeyaccounts.
Identifyuniqueneeds,opportunities,andchallengesofkeycustomers.
Developandimplementaccountstrategiestoenhancecustomersatisfactionandloyalty.
Actasthe“entrepreneur”forassignedaccounts—translatingcompanyobjectivesintoactionableterritoryplans.
Overseesalesplanning,forecasting,inventorymanagement,andon-groundstrategyexecution.

Business Development

Collaboratewithsalesandmarketingteamstoidentifynewbusinessopportunities.

Developinnovativestrategiestopromoteproductsalignedwithcompanygoals.

Achieveassignedsalestargetsandbusinessobjectives.

Product & Market Expertise

Maintainin-depthknowledgeofcompanyproductsandtherapeuticareas.

ProvideaccurateandtimelyproductinformationtoKOLs

Conductmarketanalysistoidentifygrowthopportunitiesandmonitorcompetitoractivities.

Monitorindustrytrendsandmarketconditionsrelevanttoplasmaderivedmedicinalproducts

Negotiation & Contract Management

Negotiateandrenewcontractsandagreementstoensuremutuallybeneficialoutcomeswithstakeholders.

Manage(Tenders,LPO,LampiranQ),andcoordinationwithdistributorsandBumiagents.

Collaboration & Compliance

Workcloselywithmarketing,medical,sales,andregulatoryteamsforseamlesscoordination.

Ensureallactivitiescomplywithpharmaceuticalregulationsandcompanypolicies.

Reporting & Insights

Prepareregularreportsonkeyaccountperformance,salesforecasts,andmarkettrends.

Presentbusinessinsightsandstrategicbusinesssolutiontomanagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’sDegreein BiomedicalScience,LifeSciences,Biology,Pharmacy,Marketing, orrelatedfield.

Minimum 5years’experience inpharmaceuticalsalesorkeyaccountmanagement(Private&GovernmentKeyHospitals)

Experiencein Hematology,Oncology,orNeurology isanadvantage.

Strongstrategicthinking,planning,andnegotiationskills.

Proventrackrecordofmeetingorexceedingsalestargets.

Entrepreneurialmindsetwithexcellentcommunicationandinterpersonalabilities.

Familiaritywith tenderprocesses,LPO,andLampiranQ preferred.

Knowledgeofpharmaceuticalindustrydynamicsandcompliancestandards.

Willingtotraveloutstationasbusinessrequired
