Position : HR Executive
Contract : 1-year contract (with 6 months probation)
Responsibilities
- Data Management : Maintain and update the Master Sheet on a regular basis; keep the Live Tracker sheet updated with accurate and timely information; ensure data accuracy and consistency across all records.
- Documentation & Communication : Follow up with consultants / employees to collect necessary documents; draft and send welcome emails to new joiners; prepare, send, and track contracts and addendums; handle letters and other official correspondence as required.
- Induction & Onboarding Support : Schedule induction sessions for new joiners; assist in conducting onboarding sessions (both virtual and face-to-face, as required); provide necessary support to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Meeting Coordination : Schedule and organize weekly and monthly team meetings; prepare agendas, reminders, and supporting documents for meetings; ensure meeting records / minutes are properly maintained where required.
- Query Management & Assistance : Handle daily queries and provide timely assistance to employees and consultants; serve as a point of contact for routine clarifications and support needs.
- Administrative Support : Assist in preparation and dispatch of required HR letters; support the Talent Acquisition / HR team in ad-hoc tasks as and when needed.
