Responsibilities
- Develop localised strategies that strengthens the brand's presence in MY market. This includes meaningful campaigns both online and offline, creatives and digital media traction.
- Strong financial accountability to drive growth and profitability.
- Stronghold in deciphering data to understand consumer demands, identify trends and staying abreast of competition.
- Develop trade marketing strategies across relevant channels, ensuring the campaigns translate effectively to consumers in-store which drives purchase.
- Synchronize marketing calendars with retail and channel strategies, ensuring good synergy and that it makes sense.
- Develop ecommerce strategies while partnering with the appropriate enablers to communicate effective campaigns and promotions. Track its ROI and optimise future campaigns.
- Identify opportunities of partnerships (b2b) and foster a cohesive partnership without compromising on brand identity.
Qualifications
A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven expertise in the FMCG industry and marketing practices.Strong analytical skills to interpret market data effectively.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and external agencies.A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business goals.What's on Offer
