Location : G Tower, Kuala Lumpur
Salary Package : RM6,000 + RM1,000 language allowance
Openings : 3 positions
Work Hours : Shift-based, between 7am – 11pm
Start Date : 27th October 2025
Eligibility : Diploma / Degree holders or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome; customer service / call center experience is an advantage.
Malaysians with a JLPT N1 Certificate only
What You'll Do
Provide top-notch customer support through phone, email, and live chat.
Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
Build strong customer relationships through clear and empathetic communication.
Maintain accurate records and ensure excellent service delivery.
What We're Looking For
Strong proficiency in Japanese (speaking, reading, and writing).
Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Flexibility with work schedules (shift-based).
