Key Responsibilities :

• Identifying and analyzing market trends.
• Developing strategies to adapt existing services for a diverse marketplace.
• Manage and increase existing business accounts.
• Achieve annual sales and revenue growth targets.
• Generate sales reports, identify new leads and pursue prospects.
• Work closely with Customer Service and Operations Department to resolve shipment related matters.
• Follow up with customers to ensure any outstanding payment is made in accordance with company payment terms.
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the direct reporting line.
