Outdoor Sales Executive

Responsibilities :

• To develop new accounts and maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers through visiting at customer site.
• To handle the customer enquiry, order and complaints.
• To conduct regular visits to clients in order to maintain good rapport as well as collect feedback on the effectiveness of the products, services / support and other market information.
• Follow up with customer on the quotation status and perform negotiation skill to close deal.
• Manage customers' aging collection.
• Proactive survey on new market to gather new information on a potential new market for a product or service.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
