Job Description :
- Provide administrative and operational support to smoothen the Operations processes, including process sales orders / purchase requests / delivery orders / invoicing / and related documents.
- Coordinate with relevant departments when necessary to ensure order requirements are fulfilled efficiently.
- Handling of all incoming and outgoing correspondences, data entry, filling, sorting and collating of information.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements :
At least 1 year of working experience in operations function in manufacturing / construction industry is required for this position.Fresh Grad / Entry levels are welcome to apply as training will be provided.Minimum Diploma in any field.Strong communication skills in English and interpersonal skills in order to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).5-day working week.Working Location : Ulu TiramPersonal Qualities :
