Responsibilities & Authorities
- Person in charge and responsible to the Property Handover Work, Pre-Handover Inspection, and handover entire processes and procedure. For example : registration for owner, assign parking lot, collection of maintenance / miscellaneous fees, attend to owner's inquiries.
- To liaise with contractors on maintenance and rectification of defects during the
Defects Liability Period.
Ensure Pre-Delivery Inspections of completed products are organized and carried outprior to the issuance of Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) including but not limited to the compilation and onward transmission of all defects identified to relevant parties.
Assist in organizing, coordinating and management of all delivery of vacant possession initiatives to purchasers including but not limited to the preparation of all relevant handover forms.Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Property Management or equivalent.At least 2 – 3 years of working experience in the related field.Good in communication, marketing and negotiation skill.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Required skill(s) : Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)Able to work independently with minimal supervision.Must possess own transport.Willing to travel and undertake outstation assignment.Proficient in written & spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.High level of attention to detail.1-2 Full-Time positions are available in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
