Overview
Our client is a leading fast-growing medical device company from China, looking for an experienced HR Generalist to play a key role in the team, with a strong focus on recruitment (50%) , onboarding (20%) , training coordination and analysis (20%) , and process improvement (10%) . You’ll work closely with different business units to deliver effective talent solutions, streamline HR processes, and support employee development initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment, including job scoping, job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and improve sourcing strategies.Maintain and analyze recruitment data to refine hiring approaches and support decision-making.Drive campus hiring programs and strengthen employer branding.2. Onboarding & Orientation (20%)Deliver a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Conduct orientation sessions and continuously improve onboarding processes for better integration and retention.3. Training Coordination & Analysis (20%)Organize and manage internal training programs.
Track attendance and evaluate training outcomes.Use data (e.g., university background, major) to analyze training success and link it back to recruitment insights.4. Process Improvement & Support (10%)Identify opportunities to improve HR workflows and support cross-functional HR initiatives.
Handle ad hoc HR tasks as needed.What You’ll Bring
Language Skills : Fluent in English (required); Chinese proficiency is a strong plus.Experience : 3–5 years in full-cycle recruitment and HR coordination roles.Technical Skills : Familiar with recruitment platforms, campus recruitment programs, and HR data analysis.Soft Skills : Results-driven, proactive, strong interpersonal communication, and a collaborative team player.Seniority level
