Job Responsibilities :
- Implement standardized guidelines & procedures and monitor store performance.
- Track store performance through a store scorecard sheet.
- Undertakes any assignment / special project as determined by the Retail Manager.
- Adhere to country & Company standards and agreed the operational procedures with all departments to enhance the Retail Outlet Service qualities.
- Interface with various internal DHL departments (Operation, Customer Service, Marketing, and Account & IT Dept) to ensure service alignment & enhancement.
- To manage and deliver customer-focused service in all retail outlet.
- Conduct cash reconciliation reports and cash / credit card transactions of retail outlet.
- Maintain retail outlet Cash shipment data.
- Coordinate and consolidate data transfer between retail outlet to country office.
Job Requirements :
Posses at least a Diploma holder with 1 year of relevant experience in retail salesFresh graduates welcomed to applyExperience in service / retail industry is advantagedGood communication skills and has a positive and sales driven attitudeAble to communicate in Malay & English1-year contract (renewable based on performance)Willing to work at multiple outlets in Klang Valley regionPossess own transportAble to start immediately will be an added advantageJob Types : Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay : RM3, RM3,850.00 per month
