Placement of Product Consultants
- Route management / coverage of Retail Executives
- Assist in all road shows and launches
- Product and promotion ground executions and communications
- Coordinate with internal CE Product Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to ensure smooth rollout of campaigns.
- Track and report sell-out progress by outlet and consultant, aligning with monthly sales targets.
- Analyse data and derive insights to optimize manpower deployment and retail productivity.
- Develop dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
- Ensure optimal use and maintenance of field assets, including real sets, POP materials, and demo units.
- Coordinate display standard compliance with HQ guidelines across all CE retail locations.
- Manage manpower budget allocation, salary schemes, and incentive structures.
- Verify and process monthly agency claims, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Provide regular updates on competitor activities, market trends, and retail environment shifts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to formulate countermeasures and capitalize on opportunities.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Sales-related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in field force management, trade marketing, or retail operations within the consumer electronics or FMCG industries.
- Demonstrated experience managing external agency partners and large field teams.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint for data reporting and presentations.
