JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in preparing, organizing, and updating tender, quotation, and contract documents.
- Check the completeness of tender documents in accordance with client or authority requirements.
- Handle photocopying, binding, scanning, and filing of tender documents for reference.
- Monitor tender closing dates and ensure documents are submitted on time.
- Communicate with suppliers, contractors, or relevant parties to obtain quotations.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports for the administration and finance departments.
- Provide general administrative support such as handling phone calls, email, quotations, invoices, and payment records, as well as assisting with any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.
