1. Support Business Analysis & Strategic Planning
- Collect and analyze business performance data, project metrics, and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare business and financial performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
- Evaluate internal processes and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and profitability.
- Support the Director in business planning, forecasting, and performance reviews.
2. Support Business Operations
Coordinate daily business operations across departments including SEO, IT Development, and Project Management.Ensure smooth workflow and communication between technical and business teams.Monitor KPIs, project progress, and resource allocation to align with company objectives.Assist in developing and maintaining SOPs, project tracking systems, and operational guidelines.3. Support Business Development
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and client segments within the IT and digital landscape.Support proposal development, tender documentation, and client pitch materials.Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to strengthen company positioning.Collaborate with the Director to plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new services and solutions.4. Support Market Research & Insights
Conduct market research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities in the digital and software sector.Gather insights on SEO, software development, and digital marketing opportunities to support business expansion.Analyze client needs, digital trends, and market behavior to identify service innovation areas.Present findings and actionable insights to management for strategic decision-making.5. Support Executive & Project Support
Assist the Director in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and performance tracking.Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items.Liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams on behalf of the Director to ensure alignment and timely deliverables.Handle confidential information and business matters with utmost discretion and professionalism.Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.1 year of experience in business analysis, operations, business development, or market research would be advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM, project management, or BI tools (e.g., HubSpot, Jira, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.Familiarity with SEO, web / app development processes, or digital marketing operations will be an added advantage.Able to work independently, multitask effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
