Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Daily tasks include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The role also involves developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Qualifications

• HR Management, Recruitment, and Employee Relations skills
• Performance Management and Training & Development experience
• Knowledge of Compensation and Benefits policies
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
