Leadership / Core Competency and Behavioural Learning & Development
Drive the development and delivery of core learning and development programs that align to company's DNA, core values and desired cultureFacilitate the holistic and a culture of continuous learning of our peopleFacilitate strategic workshops with the goal to improve leadership, team and organizational effectiveness.Direct and provide training, coaching and counselling to leaders, people managers and talents on how to optimize team and personal learning and development plans to improve on performance and longer term growth of our people.Key Talent Management & Development
Directs and leads overall strategy and framework delivery of succession and talent management, leadership development of the key talent pool across company.Provide professional facilitation and expertise in Talent ReviewsEnsure the core learning needs of key talents are assessed and the individuals are empowered with the right level of awareness to drive their own needed developmentEnsure the optimal leverage of psychometric assessments to accelerate the development of our leaders and key talentsProvide strategic oversight of our core key talent initiatives and programs including key talent career development, performance feedback and conversations, internal talent pipelines, and succession planning.Coach and mentor leaders, people managers and key talents towards facilitating their personal development and realization of their full potential.Partner with Management and HR leaders to continually build our relationship pipelines to achieve stronger succession management and leadership calibre.Strategic People Change Management Initiatives
Directly support and partner with the CEO and Leadership Team to drive our people strategy and imperativesFacilitate the building of stronger and more sustainable workforce and people foundations for our next phase of growth and a culture to drive itPartners closely and directly with senior business leaders to create and implement people strategies that align with the overall targets of the organization to enhance individual performance and overall company performanceDevelop change management strategies based on situational awareness of organizational and people initiativesProvide strategic direction to the HR L&D and OD team, ensuring needed practices for the companyContinuously work on maintaining a healthy partnership and relationship with Business Leaders to achieve aligned and effective talent management processes and practices are deployed across the companyLeverage and share leading practices and unconventional and practical strategies on delivery and ensure a continuous improvement mindset providing consulting, advice and guidance to Management and HRBPs on strategies and approaches for organizational and people developmentProvide on-the-ground expertise, consultation, training and coaching to Management and HRBPs in the areas of Talent Review and development, Succession Planning and Management.Desired Organizational Culture

Qualification :
Possess BSc / MSc in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related fieldProfessional certification (e.g. CPLP) is a plusExperience :
Posses approximately 10 years proven experience and knowledge in Talent DevelopmentCurrent knowledge of effective learning and development methodsSkills / Knowledge :
Strong exemplary character, leadership, interpersonal and communication competenciesExperience in project management and budgetingExcellent communication and negotiation skillsSharp business acumenAbility to build rapport with employees and vendorsWilling to engage with senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively with them to look at their Divisional talent and learning gaps, intervene with innovative and effective interventions to drive resultsPassionate and able to drive strong learning culture within the organizationAbility to work in fast-paced working environments and ability to adapt to changeLearning development and training certification including psychometric tools desiredAbility to facilitate, influence and manage group behaviours and direct outcomesOther example of company Benefits :
