Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Head of Talent Management, located in Putrajaya. The Head of Talent Management will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of talent management, including succession planning, training and development, employer branding, employee engagement, and talent management strategies. The role involves developing and implementing programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent, as well as ensuring a high level of employee satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications

• Skills in Succession Planning and Talent Management
• Experience in Training & Development
• Expertise in Employer Branding and Employee Engagement
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Putrajaya
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
