Key Account Executive

Responsibilities :

• Manage and grow relationships with key retail partner in the beauty FMCG industry.
• Drive sales, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure effective execution of marketing and promotional activities within assigned accounts.
• Explore and expand into the local market by networking with distributor companies, chain stores, and pharmacies such as Watson's, Guardian, Sasa, Sephora, and many more.
• Work closely with distributors and pharmacies to monitor brand activities and sales turnover for beauty brands.
• Manage trade budgets and conduct trading term discussions within the allocated budget.
• Monitor market and consumer trends, conduct analysis, and provide actionable recommendations as needed.
• Process customer purchase orders (PO), confirm and arrange orders promptly, assist with the order review process, and provide timely feedback to customers.
• Follow up on orders and delivery status, and coordinate with the operations team and other relevant departments to resolve any shipment-related issues.
• Ensure the efficient and effective implementation of various sales campaigns.
• Assist the finance and accounts team with the verification of accounts receivable.
• Stay informed on the latest market trends and developments, with a strong understanding of competitors activities.
• Perform any ad-hoc project assigned by HOD / Management as required.
