Responsibilities

Providing introductory information to prospective and new customers.
Ensuring that consumers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries.
Creating poster / advertisement / content to attract customers.
Creating contents for social media posts.
Following up with clients or customers by any relevant platform to check that they’re still satisfied with their purchases.
Troubleshooting common issues with products or services.
Entering and maintaining daily data of transactions of sales.

Qualifications and requirements

Have full working rights in Malaysia.

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in business, office management, communication or any related field is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Proficient in editing tools such as Adobe, Capcut or Canva is an advantage.

Proficient in operating social media / e-commerce platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Shopee is an advantage.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Have a own transport and able to work overtime.
