The F&B Franchise Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance and growth of all franchise outlets within the organization. This role ensures operational excellence, consistent brand standards, and an exceptional customer experience across all locations. Success in this position is reflected through strong franchise performance, increased sales, adherence to SOPs, satisfied franchise partners, and sustainable brand expansion. This role plays a key part in driving the company’s overall franchise strategy and maintaining brand integrity.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and performance of franchise outlets to ensure compliance with company standards, operational SOPs, and quality expectations.
- Develop and implement franchise training programs, onboarding systems, and operational support resources.
- Conduct regular store audits, performance reviews, and improvement action plans.
- Establish strong working relationships with franchise partners to support efficient and effective store operations.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare performance reports, and identify strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on brand campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Ensure outlets comply with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and workplace safety guidelines.
- Provide operational solutions and guidance to address franchise issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Support company expansion plans, including franchise recruitment, site evaluation, and pre‑opening coordination.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or equivalent experience.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B operations, restaurant management, or franchise management.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and support franchise partners.Proven leadership abilities with experience managing teams or multi‑unit operations.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales and operational data.Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operational standards.Ability to travel to franchise locations as required.Seniority level
