Overview
The role will be responsible for handling the Project Delivery for the Cards and Payment domain. Develop project plans, define project scope, track and monitor projects from inception to closure; adhere to group standards and controls for successful delivery. Identify and manage risks, including developing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues. Knowledge on card issuing and transaction acquiring processing and standards. Knowledge on ISO8583 messaging standard protocols. Develop solutions, stakeholder management, vendor and financial management, develop project costs, and deliver the developed solutions. Hand on experience with VISA, MasterCard Card, UPI and other national card schemes Issuing & Acquiring, Scheme compliance requirements. Desirable to have knowledge on national schemes and processor integrations. Knowledge about APIs (SOAP, JSON, REST, etc.) and Web Service Integration. Knowledge about Back Office integration. Knowledge about HSM protocols and configuration, encryption keys / cryptography (symmetric and asymmetric keys, 3DES, AES, SM4, SHA). Familiarity with EMV technologies and standards, PCI DSS and PA DSS standards. Familiarity with Contact and Contactless technologies, 3DS and Tokenization standards. Experience with an EFT transaction switching or online banking environment. Hands-on experience with automated test tools and simulators. Experience on Google Pay / Samsung Pay / Apple Pay Wallets and QR Code and Emerging payments will be an added advantage. Strong design and programming knowledge in COBOL / JAVA / AS400. Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles (waterfall, Agile and other modern approaches). Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences at various levels. Willingly shares relevant technical and / or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources. Excellent problem-solving, team, and time management skills; resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas. Experience in banking or financial services industry. Working experience in Cloud and Digital transformation projects is an advantage. Good knowledge on open banking is a plus. Ability to review requirements, conduct impact analysis, gap analysis, high-level design, cost estimation, propose timeline, obtain project approval, and draft solution architecture / functional and technical spec documents. Be an excellent leader and subject matter expert on technical and functional knowledge; good team collaboration and stakeholder relationships across the organization. Key Responsibilities
Knowledge of Card Issuance / Management, Digital Channels interface, Encryption, HSM and ISO8583 messaging standards. Familiarity with EMV Contact / Contactless, VISA and MasterCard Issuing & Acquiring, and Scheme compliance requirements. Familiarity with PCI DSS and PA DSS compliance requirements. Experience on Switch integration with VISA / Mastercard is mandatory; others such as UPI, JCB and National switches. Experience on Google Pay / Samsung Pay / Apple Pay Wallets and QR Code and Emerging payments will be an added Advantage. Experience in Web Service integration and APIs. Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles (waterfall, Agile and other modern approaches). Excellent in preparing the Solution Architecture document, functional and technical specs. Excellent problem-solving, team, and time management skills. Experience in Programming Languages and other emerging technologies. Qualifications
