Junior Business Development Executive

About the Job

The Junior Business Development Executive supports the company's growth initiatives by assisting in outreach, partner engagement, and project execution. Key responsibilities include prospecting new leads, conducting cold calls and emails, preparing proposals, and supporting marketing efforts. The role also provides exposure to research, data & analytics, and consulting activities, such as coordinating surveys, assisting with data collection, conducting basic data analysis and contributing to report preparation.

This is an entry-level role designed for motivated individuals who want to build a career in business development while gaining exposure to research, data & analytics, and consulting projects. A successful candidate will report directly to the Senior Business Development Executive, and when required, to the Managing Director and will have a dynamic opportunity to learn and grow professionally within a structured company framework.

Duties & Responsibilities :

Business Development Support

• Research and identify potential clients, sponsors, and partners.
• Assist in preparing proposals, sponsorship decks, and client presentations.
• Conduct cold calls and send cold emails to initiate contact with potential leads.
• Support outreach efforts via calls, emails, and meetings.
• Track leads and maintain accurate outreach records using internal tools and tracking systems.
