Client Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client needs and challenges, offering tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Regularly communicate with clients to understand evolving needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Sales Strategy & Execution :
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to convert leads into clients and meet sales targets.
Conduct meetings and presentations to promote the company’s products / services and demonstrate their value.
Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
Proposal & Contract Development :
Assist in preparing proposals and contracts based on the client’s requirements and the company’s offerings.
Work closely with the legal and finance teams to ensure that contracts comply with company policies and are financially viable.
Follow up on proposals and contracts to ensure they are signed and delivered in a timely manner.
Reporting & Analysis :
Track and report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activity.
Maintain accurate records of all business development activities, sales forecasts, and client interactions using CRM software.
Analyze sales data and trends to refine business development strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions and to address any client concerns or issues.
Provide feedback to internal teams on client preferences, market trends, and competitor insights.
Participate in team meetings and collaborate on business development initiatives.
Brand Promotion & Networking :
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking events to generate new business leads.
Promote the company’s brand and offerings at external events, building awareness and driving engagement with potential clients.
Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies.
