Job Descriptions :
- Provide support to senior management including calendar management, meeting arrangements, and preparation of correspondence and reports.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
- Coordinate project documentation, including drawings, contracts, permits, and submission records.
- Prepare meeting minutes, follow up on action items, and update project progress reports.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, developers, and authorities to ensure project deliverables are met on time.
- Monitor project timelines, track costs, and assist in claims, invoices, and budget reporting.
- Support tender and procurement processes, including vendor coordination and documentation.
- Arrange logistics, travel, and accommodation related to project activities.
- Maintain project dashboards and prepare status updates for management review.
- Provide administrative support to project teams when required.
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time by the Management.
Job Requirements :
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent.At least 2 years of working experience as a Personal Assistant, Project Admin, or similar role with good exposure in property development / construction field.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Independent, resourceful, and able to work under minimal supervision.Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with external stakeholders.
