We’re looking for a proactive Admin Executive to support our project and sales teams — ensuring smooth operations, efficient coordination, and excellent customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate daily administrative and project support tasks to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and liaise with logistics, procurement, and finance teams.
- Track project costing, expenses, and budget variances for management review.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in SAP Business One (SAP B1).
- Support management with scheduling, reports, presentations, and travel arrangements.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure prompt after-sales support.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet delivery timelines.
- Prepare monthly reports, purchase orders, and project documentation.
What We’re Looking For
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related field.2–3 years of experience in sales / project coordination or administrative roles.Familiarity with SAP B1 or ERP systems is an advantage.Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.Positive, detail-oriented, and team-driven attitude.Why Join Us?
