JOB DESCRIPTIONS : -

  • Liaising with clients, carriers, and service providers to coordinate timely and efficient movement of goods.
  • Preparing and processing import / export documentation, ensuring compliance with customs.
  • Tracking shipments and providing regular updates to internal teams and clients.
  • Able to deal and liaise with Forwarder, Shipping Agent, Transporters and Customs officer if necessary.
  • Responsible in submitting relevant applications / documents to Custom, MITI, MIDA, MOF and other relevant government bodies for application of duty & tax exemption.
  • Implement proper filing system for all documentations which is related to Logistic Department.
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases to support logistics operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS : -

  • Diploma in Logistics or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a logistic field or equivalent.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Willing to learn, adaptable and proactive in daily tasks.
  • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : From RM1,700.00 per month
