Job Summary

This role contributes to company's success by providing a legendary customer service experience, acting with a customer comes first attitude to create meaningful customer connections. Models and acts in accordance with company's guiding principles.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

• Welcomes our customers in a friendly and professional manner and presents a positive first impression, synonymous with company's brand image.
• Proactively engages customers through frequent and spontaneous sampling sessions to create attention for company's products.
• Interacts with customers, ascertains their needs and serves customers by helping them select products and merchandize and assisting with inquiries or concerns.
• Supports company sales through engagement with customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.
• Assists store with other duties which includes, but not limited to stocking of merchandize, ensuring tidy arrangement of tables and chairs, general cleanliness of the store, etc.
• Offers recommendations to continuously improve customer experience.
• Supports the implementation of company's programs or initiatives.
• Follows company's operational policies and procedures and reports essential information to superior.
