Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Minimum 6 years of IT project management experience (software delivery, in-house development). At least 2 years in technical / functional roles within banking systems. Minimum 1 year as a Scrum Master, with strong knowledge of Scrum practices & artifacts. Proficient in Jira and Confluence. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Organised, detail-oriented, and experienced in mentoring / leading teams. Familiar with greenfield projects where transformative, build, operate and scale Familiar in setting up target operating model Preferred (not mandatory) : Certifications : PMP, PRINCE2, PSM. Experience with digital banking, infrastructure, and regional project delivery.
Digital IT Project Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a Digital IT Project Manager to lead and drive IT initiatives across digital banking and enterprise platforms. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring compliance with governance standards, and enabling seamless collaboration between technology teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors. This role plays a critical part in delivering software projects (Agile & Waterfall) that impact millions of customers, ensuring speed-to-market, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage digital IT projects (scope, timeline, budget, resourcing, risk management).
- Ensure compliance with the bank's policies, governance processes, and IT spend approvals.
- Drive project delivery using Agile and / or Waterfall methodologies.
- Collaborate with business owners, product owners, and development teams to achieve project objectives.
- Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and impediments.
- Manage vendors – from planning and monitoring to validating deliverables and payment tracking.
- Provide clear project communication and progress reporting to stakeholders.
