Lead the Global Sales Operations team through setting a clear vision, building high-performing teams, and driving continuous improvement across disciplines like data management, pricing, reporting, and tech support Standardize and manage global sales reporting frameworks and dashboards, delivering accurate insights to regional leadership and enabling data-driven decisions. Oversee customer data operations across CRM and ERP systems, ensuring data quality and integration through collaboration with regional teams and IT. Act as a key liaison across all markets to ensure tailored support while maintaining global consistency in processes. Define roles, responsibilities, and SLAs for teams, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and cross-regional knowledge sharing.
Our client is a leader in medical devices, established with a global presence. As part of their business expansion, they are seeking a Senior Sales Operations Manager to join their team to support the global teams.
The Ideal Candidate :
- Holds a Degree in Business Analytics, Economics, or similar.
- Comes with at least 7 - 8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or similar roles.
- Experienced in sales analytics, sales performance reporting, and data management.
- Strong project management, senior stakeholder management, and presentations skills.
- Ability to lead and build high-performing teams.
